Proactive server and network monitoring

The greatest advantage of Busoft Support Center is the remote monitoring and notification function. We monitor various IT infrastructures (servers, workstations, operating systems, active network equipment, application software, etc.) through HP SiteScope software. The remote monitoring is conducted without the installation of any supplemental monitoring software agent.

SiteScope monitoring software supports Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems.

Notifications of potential problems or disasters are done through email, SNMP trap or sms.
