Mr. Svetoslav Dinev is the founder and major shareholder in the company. Currently Mr. Dinev is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Busoft.

He has served as a Head of Information Technology Division of Lukoil Technology Services Bulgaria (2006 – 2011).

Mrs. Reni Bachvarova – CEO

Mrs. Bachvarova has a master’s degree in telecommunications from The Bonch-Bruevich Saint – Petersburg State University of Telecommunications (Russia) and master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.
